That will take you to our FTP server and ask for log-in credentials. Use the username and password sent to you.

Please note that not all versions of Internet Explorer support ftp access (Firefox or Chrome is recommended), you may be required to use another method. If you have trouble accessing the FTP site in Intenet Explorer try installing a free FTP client like FileZilla.
