Going for the Gold. The second in our series of LEED Certified branch banks. We anticipate a gold rating for this building. The original structure was built in the early 1980′s as a branch bank. Over the years it was used as many different retail businesses, most recently a car dealership.

The redevelopment of this building comprised of re-using as much of the structure as practical, while achieving substantial reduction in energy usage through envelope insulation and high efficient mechanical and electrical systems. A rain garden compliments the drive thru canopy and reduces the storm water run-off. Provisions for Electrical Vehicle Charging (EVC) stations have been installed for possible use in the future.
