Pioneer Valley Performing Arts Charter School

Pioneer Valley Performing Arts Charter School in South Hadley Massachusetts schools middle school through high school aged students which accommodates over 400 students plus staff.

The project was Marois Construction in house design build project. The existing building was a testing facility which over thirty ton of machinery and equipment was removed. All non-structural elements and remediation took place. The third floor had a pent house the length of the building in which one half was removed and a new third floor library and classrooms were built as well as a new elevator for each floor.
