The existing building was converted by Marois Construction into a working sculpture studio.

Two new additions totaling 750 square feet of an existing sculpture studio. Working closely with the owner on all aspects of this design build project. One addition has a brick exterior, the other with Hardie plank exterior finish. Currently a working and displaying sculpture studio. Two additions are being built to expand the working side of the building as well as expanding the display side.
