John Adams Emergency Systems Upgrade

Associated work includes installation of a new underground fuel storage tank in a concrete vault and a pumping system and piping to roof mounted day tanks, installation of a new electrical service and transfer switch, a new fire pump, fire pump service, standpipe and control valves on every floor. Due to school and student schedules, the work had to be completed in a strict time frame. Completion of the work required close coordination with subcontractors and equipment deliveries, precise layout  for structural elements, and intricate crane operations.
